My stay had its ups and downs. While the location near Hyde Park was fantastic and made exploring London a breeze, I encountered several issues that detracted from my overall experience. The room was smaller than expected and unfortunately lacked a pleasant view. I appreciated the staff's friendliness, but there were moments of frustration with the amenities and a rather weak breakfast.
